Doculer and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, AI models, and documentation.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

Enterprise Agreements

For enterprise customers, a separate written agreement ("Enterprise Agreement") may apply.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Enterprise Agreement, the Enterprise Agreement will govern and replace these Terms entirely.

Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Doculer does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doculer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months for the Service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
