We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for legal reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but Doculer may retain content as required by law or contractual obligations.

Doculer and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, AI models, and documentation.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

For enterprise customers, a separate written agreement ("Enterprise Agreement") may apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Doculer does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doculer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months for the Service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or Service. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision.
